- Bent straight bar rows 4 sets 12-15 reps + Military Press 4 sets 4-6 reps
- Standing press 4 sets 4-6 reps + v handle bent rows 4 sets 12-15 reps
- Lat Pull down 4 sets 12-15 reps + Shrugs 4 sets 12-15 reps
- V handle pull down 4 sets 12-15 reps + DB fly 4 sets 12-15 reps
- Seated rows 4 sets 12-15 reps + cable fly 4 sets 12-15 reps
- Seated machine rows 4 sets 12-15 reps + 4 sets Mach Lat raises 4 sets 20-25 reps
