4-14 Chest/Biceps workout

Added in some more higher rep work and included some explosive lifts.

  • DB flat Bench 4 sets 12-15 reps + straight bar curls 4 sets 20-25 reps
  • Incline bench press 4 sets 12-15 reps + Preacher DB curls 4 sets 12-15 reps
  • Bench Press 4 sets 20-25 reps + Hammer Preacher curls 4 sets 12-15 reps
  • Incline DB press 4 sets 12-15 reps + EZ bar curls 4 sets 12-15 reps
  • Cannonball machine fly and Machine curls
