4-13 Tricep session

I was supposed to go with Legs and Triceps today but my hip has been bothering me (how very old of me). I really noticed it during my Saturday leg session so I decided to give it some extra rest this week. So today was a nice easy feel good Tricep session.

  • Triangle push down 5 sets 12-15 reps
  • Straight bar push down 4 sets 12-15 reps
  • Straight bar reverse grip 4 sets 12-15 reps
  • 1 arm cable kickback 4 sets 12-15 reps
  • Overhead cable press 4 sets 12-15 reps
  • Cannonball rope
