Tossed in a round with some higher reps to really push those muscles. All sets in the 12-15 rep range I finish with a rest pause set.
- Plate loaded flat bench 4 sets 12-15 reps
- Plate loaded incline bench 4 sets 12-15 reps
- Flat bench press 4 sets 12-15 reps
- DB incline press 4 sets 20-25 reps
- Machine fly 4 sets 12-15 reps
- Machine chest press cannonball
