Totally went bonk after the 3rd set but hung in there.
- Squats 4 sets 4-6 reps
- Front squats 4 sets 4-6 reps
- Smith machine squats 4 sets 12-15 reps
- Leg press 4 sets 20-25 reps
- Leg ext 4 sets 12-15 reps
