Yes I missed a workout yesterday. After a day running the kids around I was beat. I’ll get it back but I learned long ago that if I don’t go into the gym full effort it’s worse than missing a day for me. But here’s this morning session.
- Incline press with resistance plus weight + EZ bar curls 5 sets 12-15 reps
- Bench press + preacher curl 4 sets 12-15 reps
- DB flat press + hammer curls 4 sets 12-15 reps
- Cable fly + cable curls 4 sets 12-15 reps
- Machine fly + machine curls 4 sets 12-15 reps
